Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our onsite accounting operations. This critical role will manage a small accounting team and oversee core financial functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and compliance. The Accounting Manager will also work closely with external CPA firms and internal production teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, and invoicing
• Prepare financial reports and perform analysis (cost roll-ups, scrap reporting, variance analysis)
• Ensure compliance with all city, county, and federal financial regulations
• Serve as liaison to external CPA for monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
• Support internal teams with production and operational reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records in ERP and accounting systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a management role

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables)

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and compliance capabilities
