Job Description
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft, adhering to appropriate manuals and regulations
- Document all work performed accurately and in compliance with industry standards
- Operate ground support equipment and assist with various maintenance tasks, including engine removal/installation and component repairs
- Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations as required
- Comply with Environmental Health & Safety policies and participate in 5-S activities
- Assist with maintenance at off-site locations and perform other duties as needed, including fuel/de-fuel operations
- Work safely and efficiently, adapting to various weather conditions and non-standard schedules as necessary
Qualifications
- A&P license required
- Minimum 2 years' experience on fixed wing, rotary, or military aircraft
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Own basic set of hand tools with inventory & control ability
- Ability to work overtime, on non-scheduled days, and in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in interpreting mechanical engineering drawings and using basic PC applications
- Willingness to obtain necessary qualifications (e.g., Ground Support Equipment, SIDA badge)
