Concordia at Bethlen is seeking a Personal Care Home Administrator

Our Personal Care Home is seeking an experienced leader in daily operations and management of a personal care home. Our employees believe we are creating a better world for our residents.
As a Personal Care Home Administrator, you oversee all departments of the personal care facility and play a direct role in improving the lives of our residents each day.
Requirements:
•Must have Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator License
•Must have at least two years Personal Care Home Administrator's experience
•Seasoned and organized leader
•Comfortable working with elderly residents
•Compliance with both Federal and State requirements and regulations
Responsibilities:
•Maintain compliance with policies & procedures as well as regulations
•Provide non-medical supervision to nursing team members providing care to residents
•Oversee all other interdisciplinary departments within personal care facility
•Manage revenue and expenses according to budget

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
