Cleanroom Assembler

Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleanroom Assembler.
• In this role, you will be responsible for assembling catheters used to prevent brain aneurysms.
• This position requires precision, as you will be working with a microscope and small hand tools for the majority of your time.
• Your pay rate will be based on your experience, performance on assessments, and interview results.
• You will also have the potential for raises and comprehensive benefits once you transition to a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Assemble catheters in a cleanroom environment.
• Work with a microscope for extended periods.
• Use small hand tools to assemble small pieces such as coiling wire and small tubing.
• Ensure quality and precision in assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Proficiency in using small hand tools.
• Ability to work under a microscope for long periods.
• Attention to detail and precision in assembly tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Good attendance and performance record.
• Ability to work long hours, including 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
• Willingness to learn and be dependable.

Work Environment

• You will work in a cleanroom environment and be required to wear a full gown.
• The work schedule typically involves 10-hour days, 6 days a week, with an average of 40 to 45 hours per week.
• The manager is understanding and supportive, providing multiple chances as long as your attendance is good and you show effort.
• The cleanroom environment encourages communication and good relationships among team members, as long as the quality of work is maintained.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00
